Founder & Director Save A Girl, Save A World
Glenda Gill
SAVE A GIRL, SAVE A WORLD's purpose is to impact the lives of young women with mentorship at its core to provide lifestyle programming, experiences, emotional support, and protection under an umbrella of Sisterly Love.
It's my heartfelt passion to showcase black girls and young women as loving, brilliant, beautiful, creative,
hopeful, and having their dreams fulfilled.
My why is the planting of a mustard seed idea of a spoken word to save the world; we must save our
girls!

I am passionate about serving young black women because I never had a mentor growing up and I’ve learned so much along the way that others could benefit from. It gives me great pleasure to work and mentor young women about their passions, career goals and the impact they want to make in this world. SAGSAW is the best place for me to support young women in their journey.

My commitment to young women stems from my passion for helping others get to a better more productive place in life.
Education is a sure way to encourage young women to empower themselves to greatness and if I can have any part in that I'm all in!
If we, the elders can make a difference in a young woman's life; particularly a young Black woman then we're doing our part. When we show up in our brilliance young Black girls see themselves in us and they dare to dream of all that's possible.

“Serving Black girls in organizations like Save A Girl Save World is so important to me. It is more than giving young girls a vision for what’s possible but helping them fulfill their calling is the key to freedom.”

“One of my lifetime goals has been to emulate as a “servant leader” because I have been blessed to have learned so much during my life journey that allows me to give back to others especially to our youth who will become our future leaders. As a board member and mentor serving the “Save A Girl-Save A World” organization, I have been enriched by the interaction with young women/girls and other professional women involved who are true role models helping to bridge the gap between youth and womanhood both personally, spiritually and professionally. My tenure with SAGSAW has truly been an enriching experience for me as well.”
