About the event

We invite you to join us for the 11th Annual Black Women’s Roundtable (BWR) "Women of Power" National Summit (BWR Summit '22) on March 9 - 13, 2022 and celebrate Women's History Month, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.

The BWR Summit' 22 Theme is: Rebuilding Hope, Justice, Equity & Equality: Building Power*Protecting Voting Rights*Saving Our Democracy!"

We encourage women of all ages and girls (13-17 years old) to join us at the BWR Black Women's POWER TABLE!!!----for this annual gathering that brings together a diverse group of over 1,000 Black women and girls from across the country and the African Diaspora!

This year, we are gearing up to host a dynamic summit and are delighted The Honorable Angela Alsobrooks, Executive of Prince George's County Maryland, has agreed to serve as the BWR Summit '22 Honorary Chair. (see agenda below)

The BWR Summit'22 will be a hybrid event that will provide an option to register to attend the summit in person or virtually. Please note, in-person and online registrations are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The summit is designed to provide attendees with a safe space to share ideas, network, organize, relax, rejuvenate and recharge.
